Refund after 1 hour

Hi i need a refund since the service was not as good as it has been. It simply didnt work at all.

After 1 hour i decided this doesnt work and i would like a refund. I read in another thread that im able to recieve a refund before 7 days.

I have mailed support but no answer yet besides an automated answer so i came here for help.
