Refreshments detector (help)

Im having some issues on trying to accece this plugins settings. How to i set HB to Detect when my refreshment buff has worn off so it then may refresh itsel once more?
 
"Refreshment Detection" shipped with HB will not rebuff anything. It will just write the best food and drink you can currently get in your character's settings.
