Starting Tuesday, October 15, Recruit-A-Friend sign-ups will be disabled to allow us to make updates to the system. We do not currently have a date for when the promotion will be back, but keep an eye on our World of Warcraft community site for updates.

So no more rafs?
 
Great! Just when I was about to RAF 5 accounts. I shouldn't of put it off for so long!

Dont worry I think when it comes back it will be updated to 85 and other worth while stuff.
 
Check on MMO-C, they have info. I bet it's down for 2 weeks, and when it comes back, it will be to 85, the new mount will be in and the vendor to purchase all the old RAF mounts as well.

RAF isn't going away, it's taken down atm for a refresh, which imo, is long overdue.

i hope that Denmark will be added to the list finnaly, so lame that all other european countries can use RAF..

now i have to make up diffrent countries, but hey.. who doesn't want to be from sweden?..

Unless the laws of these excluded countries have been changed with regards the RAF systems and how it works I don't see any of them being included

So, there's going to be a vendor that sells all the old RAF mounts? I haven't read any of the MMO-C or Blizzard posts about upcoming stuff so I'm sort of in the dark. I wonder how much they'll cost. I've only got two RAF mounts. The zhevra and the onyx nightwing (2 seater). I wanted to get the rocket, but I missed that RAF mount by a week.
 
Why would they sell the old raf mounts at a vendot
That is just stupid. What would be the rewards for raf then?

Dont tell people this when your clearly just making it up out of your head. Its most likely to update it to be in line with the new patch and they will probably update it to lvl 85. Aswell as this there is a new raf mount (emerald hippogryph)
 
They aren't selling the old RAF mounts. They are providing a vendor that will take a special token when you pay for your 60 days that you can trade in for any of the RAF mounts. So instead of being stuck with the new Hypogryph, you can get any of the RAF mounts that has been offered currently or in the past.
 
I'm not sure that's entirely correct, Jaladhjin. It may be part of it, but this isn't something out of the blue and it's definitely not the only reason.

They've obviously been planning this for a bit. Especially with the new mount, new vendor and new achievements. It was somewhat announced a week ago in the round table discussion.
