Recover Lifetime Key

Hey guys

Im out for some months, and now im trying to recover key of honorbuddy but something is bad, i dont remember my password to login into "Key based system" and if I click on reset formulary, make some code error like this:

I try recover too on bossland on this link ----> Bossland GmbH
But says me the mail its incorrect, try with username (Its same than here on forum) and say the same its incorrect :/

What can i do? Thanks.

P.S: While you fix it , its possible you see my key and send me it? I wanna if its possible, start config the buddy

are you sure that you are trying using the correct(already registered) email?

Tony, I solved it, my account was deleted on Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal . I create the account again , using email which i use to make the buy.

Now i can log into buddyauth, and I can see my keys!! but when i enter username and key on buddy, says Authotification failed. Can you help me??

P.S: I can send you account user and password of buddyauth if you need, now can log in. and you see it.

I'm also in the same boat, I quit playing WoW and using HonorBuddy before the update and now I can't log into HonorBuddy. I created an account with the keybased system and I can log into it it shows my sessions but no keys to put into the key feild.

you need to log using the shop user and pass

Oh ... All solved i dont remember the key must be introduced on first field :/ haha. Now yes! all solved running again Thanks Tony 4 all your support.

P.S: RayRay , maybe this help you, I create the account here Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same email that you make the Pay. And key appear well Later when you open Buddy insert key on first field and click Ok. and enjoy
