reconnect / disconnect issue

Keep getting disconnected from the Buddy service
so the toon is stuck most of the time.

Also, buddystore products that I have purchased
are not loading after I bought the new keys.

No disconnecting issue
Latency to Buddy Service: 300ms ~ 800ms
Buddy Products: Works

US:
Very few disconnecting issue
Latency to Buddy Service: 250ms
Buddy Products: Works

SOUTHASIA:
Disconnecting issue
Latency to Buddy Service: 100ms
Buddy Products: Not loading at all

CHINA:
Cannot connect at all
