Receiving extra time for the delay?

Are we going to receive a few extra days? (a whole week) for the time the bot has not been working?

Obviously I cant speak for any of the devs, but I (if I didnt have 2 lifetime accounts) wouldn't expect anything. My reasons for that being:

1 - Since a couple of days after EA there has been a somewhat functioning bot and, as things stand, the beta can do may of the things the full release could anyway.

2 - There is a certain understanding that if you subscribe over the period of a big patch or expansion there will be some downtime for the bot. If you didn't expect that then you are rather foolish IMO.

Anyway, just my £0.02/$0.03

As the poster said above, down time is to be expected after a big patch - and most definitely after an expansion release (followed by a ton of smaller patches).

The bot has not been functioning at all since HW has come out. Call it what you want, beta or not, a non moving rotation bot is not what we signed up for. MMOminion had their program up and running 2 days after HW came out and they STILL gave us those free 2 days back. Yes, I expect compensation. We paid for a service and have not been able to utilize said service for over a week.

I will reword what I said. The rebornbuddy forum cannot handle your claim. You MUST take it up with bossland support. If you were to post in the support forum a mod will tell you to do just that. If you don't ask for your money back through bossland support its not going to happen.

The bot is and has been past just a non moving rotation bot for many days now... it's been finishing the story quests pre heavensword for me all weekend on and off with fate running in between.
