It's likely a routing issue with the data centers isp. There are incoming connections.
 
Please try pinging rbnav.cn.buddyauth.com, and running a traceroute to it.

I'm going to redirect the cn nav to the na nav, latency will be pretty high but should still be usable.

try ipconfig /flushdns then pining and tracert again
 
Can some people please ping 47.52.30.31, and let me know if you are able to reach it. That way i can switch it back to the closer server.

I heard that China's Great Fire Wall banned some IPs outside China randomly yesterday.Maybe it's why the Nav doesn't work.
 
Can you try pinging our cn server again, see if it is still unreachable?

Confirmed. China government used GFW to cut down the connection between China mainland and the rest of the world(HK included). Most Internet service was affected(in or out). This is usual when the CN government was holding some important politic events.

This disconnection could last for another several days until events finished. In my calendar, that would be 8th June.
