Reborn buddy will not open

so I am brand new never done this before, I downloaded reborn buddy. Opened the game started reborn buddy and I get a pop up telling me I need the 2015 c++ reditributable click ok to down load well that link is broken so I tried to find it on my own I cannot find update 2 there is update 1 and update 3 and also the base 2015. Couldn’t download any of them because it tells me I have a newer version (2017) so I removed 2017 and loaded the 2015 x86 like the note says. And I’ve still got nothing I get that pop up every time I try to open reborn buddy. I also have ran the Buddy Wizard and have all three green checks.

Sometimes .net and vc++ can get screwy, if your having problems uninstall all the .net and vc++ you can and reinstall
