[info] "Use this mount always" causes Reborn Buddy to no Longer Summons Your Chocobo

Clean Reinstalled, Tried Kupo, Kupper, Magitek, UltimaCR no dice.


Attached annoying log - annoying, because I have looked thru it and saw nothing.
What I did, loaded the profile, purposely unsummoned my chocobo, and used a random grinding profile to see if reborn would re-summon the choc.
And... it did not.

*also notes, it has not been summoning Chocobos since the last few updates where combat routines were.. changed - I initially tot the profiles just need to catch up to that update, since it was stated so that profile writers need to update, but nope - still not working for me.

Global Settings >> Fallback mount - "Use this mount always" Option will interfere with combat routine's ability to summon mounts

I just tested it and its working fine for me with kupo.

Dismounted, dismissed it, then started fate bot and it resummoned it perfectly.

You said you dismissed it so i assume you have gyshal greens?
Can you post a log of it not working with kupo?

This is a test with the default Kupo profile included in a fresh download of the client.

Started with no Chocobo, summonchocobo is set to True.

Ah, in the settings did you check "Use this mount always" that disables the bot from summoning the chocobo.

We don't support 3rd party routines. Post a log of it not working for kupo then.

actually, i just found out what causes it to not summon the chocobo. if you have "always use this mount" selected for your fallback, it doesn't use the gysahl greens. i had boreas selected as my fall back and it didn't summon. immediately as soon as i uncheck, it summons the chocobo.

edit: i just saw that you posted it causes the bot to not summon choco. is this intended? just curious.

I already said this. You cannot use another mount when you summon the chocobo so if you force a mount to be used, you cannot use the chocobo. They are mutually exclusive.

For future reference saying clean install and then changing things and not saying you changed them makes it a lot harder to diagnose issues.

ah now i understand, interesting that i didnt notice this before. mastahg is right(obviously)as you can't use another mount when the chocobo was out. guess i use the company chocobo a lot more than i use anything else!
