Reborn buddy key not received

Hi, I have been buying for more than 5 days and I have not received a license. I even bought it for the second time, but after 2 days, I still have not received anything.
Need help.

I have same issue, I purchase yesterday, and still not receive the key, I already send message and still no reply.
 
I'll poke bossland, often purchases will fail fraud prevention and never actually go thru.
 
yeah I know, security team need manual check. but like I say, First time buy just need 2 days, this my second time/extend my bot subs, and now still didn't get the keys. Btw thanks for let them know my issue, but still no answer from [email protected].
 
I'm also with the same problem, bought a key on monday 08/02/21 and received the email "Your order needs to be manually reviewed by our financial team to prevent fraudulent activities. This process may take up to a business day."
Sent an email to support on friday but havent received a response yet.
 
Long time buyer, no key yet. Emailed support and no response from them after a week.

This seems to be a bigger issue and the team maybe should get on it because my bank has been charged for the purchase,
 
I don't have access to the storefront so I can only manually check the database, I don't see a recent transaction with your email address. Do you have a shopify transaction #? Otherwise ill have to poke bossland.

I don't see that in the db which means that the purchase is still pending review or had failed verification. I'll poke bossland but in the meantime you can check and verify that the charge actually went thru and wasn't just a hold.

No order in the database with that number. Most likely either still pending fraud verification or failed it.

I'm probably waiting for the fraud confirmation, but it took too long, I received an email to do it manually and it's over 5 days this confirmation process
Please help me @mastahg
