Hi, i mistakenly registered by mistyping my email. By mistyping one letter, that email didn't exist, so I was never sent a confirmation email for my account, so when I made a purchase for two keys I never received them because they couldn't be sent.
I later registered a new email account with the exact mistyped email, but still never received my keys or a confirmation email, even though I paid and on my order page under the account it says status fulfilled.
I tried to register my mistyped email at buddyauth, it recognizes the email, but it never sends me the activation email no matter how many times i request for an activation.
I had to register this new account to even get into this support forum. Can someone please help me get my keys back? I've tried writing to support at support[at]buddyforum.com but it has been 5 days and no one has responded back.
