#1 Bot Does not create a Supported mobile device that can run Pokemon go. So niantic detects using your using unsupported device = Ban incoming.
#2 Bot Does not hack into mobile providers network to show niantic you are using a providers Mobile Network in the area you are botting so that = ban incoming.
#3 Their no way the bot can spoof a location in the area detect someone free WiFi and connect to it. If it did it will epic. So ban incoming
#4 Remember you have to give permission to niantic to use your camera and photos. Idk if the bot automatically uses Ar mode or not. If it does not that = Ban incoming cause it shows niantic your catching Pokemon in a black screen.
#5 Also since u can't connect or hack into a providers mobile network. Niantic can just search were I.P address is coming from and sees your spoofing = ban incoming.

#5 : That's true, but my 4G IP location is different from my real location. Mobile IP are located, at least in my state, where the provider's data center is. Moreover, have you ever eard of PROXIES ? All bots can be setup with a proxy and you can give the IP you want (NYC IP for instance)

But the bots are still be detected by niantic. The detection is much more simple than what you wrote. The bots dont use the official API, they use a reversed engineered API called RocketAPI and this API doesn't send the exact same informations to niantic's servers. Devs are working on this RocketAPI to fix this issue, won't be long before lv40 botting accounts are back. In the mean time, some devs have developped a bot that uses the officialAPI. It simply opens the app and click and move for you (the bot scan the screen and detects pokestop and pokemons). Its much less effective than a classic scrip based bot, but its ban safe until the rockeAPI is fixed.

OK lets say I have a bot that uses the official api. I'll still be ban cause niantic can see that your Fake phone on your computer is not connect to sprint, t-mobile, at&t ,verizon or any other company. And about your proxy it wont work cause their no way in hell you can't proxy your IP to show niantic that your connect from a mobile service. So you will always get banned. Only way will work is if the proxy IP follows you were you go and it prove it come from a mobile network... I know someone who work for clash royal company he told me, the person that uses emulator/bot/ scripts never has no service to a mobile network and their phone are always connected to a wifi. So its automatically sends alarm on their anti cheat system and they know your using a emulator/bot/scripts but they don't ban people who use emulator only for bot and scripts. They have a system in place to see if the person exploits. They don't need permission for that cause they automatically need mobile service to access their servers if no WiFi exist.
So only way I realize this bot will work is if it can be installed to your phone and use the official niantic api.. So it can show niantic your using your galaxy s6 or any other phone that can play pokemon go from using mobile network service. The bot I was talking about is an android app that use the official api. When launched you see on your phone the app playing pokemon go for you. But its not very efficient, the app search for the little circles under each pokemon and the detection rate is quite low (but works fine for pokestop). The app stays under the radar by hiding mocklocations, root and itself from the pokemon go app.

On a PC bot you can fake that you are on a 3G/4G network. It's very simple, you just have to share your 4G connexion on your phone and connect your PC to it or use a 3G/4G key. The IP you'll display on the net will be the IP of the acces point (ie your phone). I don't know if it is the same in the USA, but in France if you try to locate my 4G IP, you'll get the adress of my provider data center. So a bot connected to my phone can travel whereever he wants in France (but can't go to another countrie)
Plus, the algorithms used by niantic can't flag people who connect only with wifi, some legit players are actualy doing that (mainly in big cities, where you find wifi ererywhere). eg, I play legit on my sofa (I'm in Paris) connected to my wifi : just got 3 pokestop at range that are lured all day long. And I'm lucky, it's a magikarp nest and a dratini spot ; took me a week to build a lv22 account for my son with 3 Gyarados and 1 Dragonite, while watching tv at the same time. That account never logged into the game using 4G network and hasn't been banned (do the same with a bot, you wont even reach lv22).

if you use phone hotspot? the network reuslt mobile, so you kill the problem. i don't think that is this the problem, i don't think niantic has autorization to see this information. i think the only problem is the api comunication

My girlfriend has no service, she can only play on wifi and has done so since release. Botting is easily detectable so we just have to wait for something better. Waste of money on PF unfortunately but maybe one day they get it right. Good thing I didn't bot my main but I lost lots of good pokemon on my 6 other banned accounts.
