Hey as the title suggests, I am looking for a Plugin or profile which automatically realm hops! I am currently farming several mount and this would greatly increase the chances of success

Alisha's Profiles from her store will do this, However its for here specific profiles farming what ever the profile is intended for ( I dont thinking she has any mount farming profiles)..


So its possible- You will just need to make up a plugin to do it,
