Realm Hopping Code?

I created a pretty decent profile to farm herb/ore, but I want to incorporate realm hopping into it. I'm not sure where to start with the realm hoping code because I cant find any information on it!

What is Realm Hopping Code ?

Realm jumping is when one invites or gets invited to another server.

I am, however, not familiar with any code that does this.
