Realm hoping reduces chances for reports?

As the title says, if u hop into a empty realm do you think chances would of being seen would drop ? Does it worth it ?
 
Blizzard change the way we use to hop realms. You CANT hope into another realm anymore if the raidleader isnt in the same zone as you are.
