I started the bot today and was clearing garrison with garrison boss and my wow client just shut down for no apparent reason should i be worried?

generally they don't kill wow if they detect you they just disconnect your account and when you login again its banned or suspended. sounds like a system glitch honestly. it may be helpful if you posted your log file for that session to assist in determining its origin
