That happened today.
Its 3:00 o'clock and i put a char on my main account farming herbs for 2 hours cause server restarted at 5:00.
Then i log in with my main char at 09:00 o'clock, i do some dungeons changing some enchants and at near 13:00 o'clock i get dced.
I try to log in back and i have account suspension for 72 hours. The reason was 3rd party program with the character that i had to log in ~5 hours.
I got banned while i was on other character. I told them to explain me how the fuck this happened and they 1st told me they are not sure if i was using any 3rd party program and in the end they told me that i was botting for sure.
And i ask them again to give some proofs why i got banned while i was on other char for another char's behaviour without having any evidence and until that hour they are avoiding to aswer in how they took that dicision.
I got banned before on some only bot accounts but they only banned while i was online not after 7 hours.
Does this happened to anyone before?
