We have reviewed the action taken against this account once more and have again determined that this account has participated in the use of unauthorized cheat programs, which is in direct violation the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use). These programs provide benefits that include but are not limited to, character automation (also known as "botting"), increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries.
Given the harm that this software can cause to the game environment, we are unable to amend or remove the account action. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We take account-related matters very seriously and can assure you that this issue has been fully investigated by multiple members of our Account Administration staff to verify accuracy.
