reached max sessions

hello all maybe some of you can help me out here

i have just bought HB and i have payed and all got all emails
but now when i try to login it says : authentication oke and then it says reached max sessions
hello i have just bought this and never tryed it before, maybe im doing something wrong i dont knwo maybe some peeps out there who can help me

Do you have a current instance of HB running? Ie havent closed down the version that was running already. You also have to make sure you exit the auth page. If none of those solve your prob try restarting.
 
If all else fails, try restarting as it will definitely clear up any running sessions that you can't see.
 
yes i have tryed and restarted my pc waited 5 min and tryed it agian and still max sessions reached
it says :authentication ... max sessions reached!!
 
next.. are you sharing it with anyone? or is someone else on the same net of you using HB as well?

Edit: Actually, I think this may be related to an auth issue at the moment. Give me a minute to see what's going on.
 
My friend also has the same problem. I have been a HB / GB user for some time, so I know his setup is just fine, he has no other instances of HB running and yet he gets the "max session" message. He only bought HB yesterday, so I'm wondering if the OP's and his problem are one and the same perhaps? I have tried every possible solution to get his HB running, but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I realise that you guys are busy so no worries on an answer straight away :)

There's something up with auth at the moment, I'm trying to find out more about it.
 
i have reinstalled HB goign to try it agian and lets see if its goign to work :)

edit: kk wil wait the test is doing great btw that is working just fine
 
odds are it made a connection and the delay between that and the signal back, HB probably sent another request and that some how got back faster then the first, thus making the auth server think your already using it. flood attacks make systems act stupid... ya.. like ski said.. wait awhile.. it sucks but not much can be done.. some people can't get in still as of last night (well they *claim they read the forums and got the latest version*)
 
i just installed the latets version and restarted the pc the test thing works fine but i will wait a while and try it out later tonight

EDIT: im stupid i bought GB instead of HB
i PM boss and he changed it thnx for the fast respond boss and thanks to all the people who came with answers
