Would the use of a service such as AdF.ly - The URL shortening service that pays you! Earn money for every visitor to your links. be allowed. it is widely used in the minecraft modding community and a service that pays per download would give people an incentive to create and give to the community, and would also prompt people to create quality work.

I see it as win/win this community gets more and sometimes better work, people who submit quality work would be rewarded for their effort, and it would cost the community nothing.

please feel free to add criticism or just plainly shoot me down.

we dont allow outside links because theirs no way to actively monitor if the link has been hijacked or if what your downloading could be infected in some way, thats why we have everything open source and hosted right here, so if some one did upload something bad we can quickly remove it and deal with the issue.
