looks like it is not looking for new pokestops and gyms after starting.
Here is my test case where the issue presented itself to me:
I started the bot in one area, it has a lot of poke stops.
after a while i stopped the bot, waited a bit and started the bot again in another area some what close by.
it only had a few pokestops and one gym there, so after it had quickly gotten those it started heading over to the first area that was still showing pokestops on the map.
the issue is are pokestops and gyms between those two locations, that its bypassing, and does not even appear on the map.
EDIT: just noticed it is stopping at pokestops that its not displaying on the map, so it may not quite me the issue I described, but it is not showing newly discovered pokestops on the map.
