Re-Installing HB - Problems

I encounter this problem while re installing HB... if its worth mentioning i haven't used it in a long time?

Also sub note; how do i find out what my key code to log in is? if it still uses it..

try redownloading your hb brand new from the site. You go to buddy auth portal and try log in, put forgot password, then they'll email u the password, then u log on, then check ur keys

Tried that , nothing..same problem, if it helps it says this just before it comes up with the error:

so u tried grabbing the zip file and installed it manually?
if so you might have to



remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
