RBCN character doesn't move to the target coordinate

EDIT: SOLVED,IT WORKS NOW.

Game Version CN4.4
It seems ‘ExMoveTo’ and 'MoveTo' doesn't work, while character is not flying.And "GetTo" didn't work either.
I just saw other bots stay around Aetheryte, they didn't move.Maybe the navigation is down?
