RB won't run, I've tried googling for help but didn't find any [windows 8.1]

Hey, first time user.

When trying to run RB it tells me "unable to find ffxiv.exe. make sure that the game is running before starting the bot".

My game already is running and I am on the character that I wish to use this for. I've only extracted RB to a folder on the desktop, I wasn't sure where to put it since I didn't find any instructions

What should I do?

Are you running the DX9 or DX11 client? If you're running the DX11 client, that one is not supported.

When putting in the key I got in the email (3 day key) it says This version of FF14 is not yet supported?

Make sure you're running the Beta client. There is not an official version supporting the latest game version yet.

I'm trying to get gathering to work, I try and remake a map of nodes, set up target as mining deposits, had this working when it was able to run yesterday without the gathering support, but now when I try to gather, it just crashes.
