Can't get the bot to do anything and it's constantly loosing connection. What's up?

Bot Not Working after Update

Just updated the new version that came out today. Now when I try to run it. "Connection Closed" then the bot crashes.
 
Same here, it has nothing to do with update, i tried before updating and got this as well, auth server are offline apparently.

There was an issue with our hosting provider today, looks like some fiber optic cables got cut.

Seems the problem is persisting right now. Atleast it's not completely off now but it's going up and down.
 
Is it stable now? I hope what ever the problems have been lately they get worked out. I've only been using it for a week today but it has not been the smoothest experience. I'm lucky the glitches didn't get me banned.

In what way would the bot disconnecting risk you for ban? If it stops you in the middle of leveling/gathering/crafting then you just turn into another person afk in the world. Plausible excuse for that is I got a call from work and walked away. or any other random thing that can pull you from a PC for an extended period of time.

Closest thing I could think of is if you are farming shards with mining and there are 5+ other rebornbuddy users in the area doing the exact same thing and you all stop and stand there. I'm not trying to poke at you just discussing to see what it is that you are fearing. It may be real and it would be nice to know so I can take caution in case im doing something similar and rebornbuddy disconnects.
 
Is there any expectation for when this is going to be resolved? I have only been using Rebornbuddy for 10 days or so but I don't get the impression it has been an ongoing problem? As it is, I can not, nor does it seem anyone else can either, leave RB on doing what it's supposed to be doing without constant supervision. That sort of defeats most of the purpose for such a tool. I'd ideally like to get another copy or two but right now I'm not sure the one I have was money well spent. I am patient but the constant disconnects and closures of the client is frustrating at the very least. I can not post any logs because it either closes with no errors or it pops up asking me for my key again.

Please remove MagiTek. It is outdated and unsupported, and likely to cause issues.

Your AtmaHunter is also causing issues; you should remove that as well, or seek assistance in the appropriate thread.
