RB dismount to use Truth of xxxx gathering skill

RB dismount to use Truth of xxxx, which is now able to cast on mount after patch 3.1

Steps
1. Mount up
2. Run any gathering profile thro Orderbot
3. RB will dismount to cast Truth of xxx [22:55:07.651 N] Dismounting to buff Truth of Mountains

Not a bug, just haven't gotten around to updating it.
