Ranged Cleric Farm/Leveling

I got a few messages asking to post a write up for ranged cleric, but I need to repeat,"I don't script anything! I don't know how sorry". All I can do is tell you the optimal way to level or grind on a toon.

Spec- 46/10/10 Inq/Sent/Just
Soul Tree Calculator: Inquisitor (46) / Justicar (10) / Sentinel (10) :: Rift :: ZAM
(If you Don't plan on group w/ this spec, move 1 point from Healer's Creed to Doctorine of Bliss)

Buffs-
Armor of Awakening, Heroic Blessing, Salvation, Cavalier, Mein of Honor, Shroud of Agony, Spiritual Protection

Rotation-
Put up and keep up Sanction Heretic (use Fanaticism w/ this)
Put up and keep up Vex
Cast Bolt of Deprevity on Life and Death concord Proc
Bolt of Judgement as filler

Aoe Rotation- (3 or more mobs)
Fanaticism + Soul Drain
Vex 1 Target
Circle of Oblivian
Repeat

Extra-
Aggresive Renewal in combat, if mana <70%
Healing Breath if Healtth <70%
Doctorine of Bliss/Loyalty if Heath <70 and Healing Breath on CD

Dps Cooldowns-
Fanaticism should only be used w/ Sanction Heretic or Soul Drain, but should be used on cooldown
