Randomly closes after a couple seconds of trying to log in

So I enter the log in key, it says its logging in but then randomly closes after a couple seconds like nothing ever happened. I tried a fresh reinstall but same thing happens. a couple friends with honor buddy say theirs is working just fine. Help please. Thank you.

COMPLETELY restart your machine, and try it again.

if you get the same problem then your going to have to change wow to dx9 mode, you can do this via your wow graphic settings.
