RandomizeHotspots in BGs

Is this meant to not work right or is there a different code we need to be using in the profiles besides

<RandomizeHotspots>True?

I got reports that my BG profiles keep going to the same place. I never really payed attention but they dont seem to mix up the hotspots much, if at all.

This is true.

Seems to do it with all the profiles.

So annoying. Another major issue. Even tried using PVP action but to no avail. Suicide botting FTL.
