Random Stun @ Spirit res in BG

Hi,

Has anyone else experienced an issue at spirit res that makes you unable to move, buff etc spamming the message "cannot do that while stunned" usually happens until im kicked out the bg and get deserter buff. Just wondering if this is a bug?.
