random pause at pokestop is too frequent

I'm sure someone has posted a similar question before. Last night, I kept the bot on for about 7 hours, and I calculated the total amount of time of random pause for this 7 hour period. the total time paused is 367 minutes, and that means the 7 hours I kept the bot on is only effective for about 1 hour. And the the exp and stardust gained seemed to support the effective time.

Please fix this or let us control the length and frequency of each break.

Yep I've noticed the same thing. I just disabled that setting and figure I'll regulate if/when it takes breaks manually instead... But it would be great to say "limit to X minutes of breaks each hour" or something along those lines.

that's what I'm doing now as well, hope that PF can include that option with variations so that it seems more human.

Yes I noticed that and previously posted somewhere. I also turned off the random rest feature because there was too much resting going on and no work lol. This only started happening recently within 1-2 weeks.
