Random HB Crashes[error while attaching log]

As title says, it will randomly crash and today i finally thought i'd come seek advice because i looked over the log and it seems really weird.. problem is i keep trying to attach the log but it doesnt show up but here are the lines that seem to be the problem everything else is just combat walking etc stuff
