Random GM whisper while botting?

I've been botting with HB for a couple of years now and never had this happen, just BG botting a recent 90 to get some gear when I get a GM chat request. I click it, ask what's up and he says he's just checking in because of a report

Is this a recent thing they've started doing?

well if they don't know for sure that you are a bot they do check by wispering you.
i would pause bg botting for now if i were you =D looks like you doged a bullet

Weird I've never had it happen or even heard of it happen, haha, a lucky escape. I'm playing manual now anyway for the rest of the day

For a GM to whisper you then must of had a fair few reports. How long you been bg botting and are you watching it? Since it does suck lol

They've been *****ing down on BG botting. I ran BGBuddy for 5 minutes and got a 72 hour suspension, removed when I appealed.
