Okay so the only rune that works is Dark cloud (Only works with dark cloud to cast RoV, no other rune works)
But with the new belt Crashing Rain (Summons a beast that falls from the sky for 4000% weapon damage when casting rain of vengeance)
It doesn't target anything... so the entire skill goes to waste. There's no beast that is being targetted at anything.
Any suggestions? It's the new strafe build.
