raid finder bug

Raid finder isn't working for any of my instances, it says my item level is too low even though my items are over i500. What is going on here? Should I open a ticket with GMs? I don't trust law enforcement.
 
Open the LFR window and see which ones are white those are the ones you can actually use, the other will remain grey until you clear the previous one and of course if you don't have the ilvl and roll the mouse over it, it will show you the ilvl needed.

All of them are grey and I just completed a raid before that. It says my item level is 449, my item level is over 500.
 
is it saying 449/500 or 500/500 on the character window? Maybe you do have 500 but you're only equipping 449? Also have you tried relogging?

It says my item level is 449 and it needs 460 in order for me to enter. The items I have equipped are over 500. I just finished terrace of endless spring before that.

Yes your items may be of 500 but if any or more items are lower than that your ilvl wont be of 500, the ilvl is the avg of all your gear together. It will be shown at your character window as Item Level xxx/xxx.

So for example if it is 449/449 means all the gear you have with you, on the bag and at your personal bank does not matter which combination you do will not go above 449.

If you're level 90 you can go to Timeless Isle and get all the chests around there you will get to at least 480 without any efforts.
