Just saw in the mode selection "Raid Buddy"

You didn't really ask what is does, just asked if it used LFR profiles

I could be wrong as I've never used it I just use lazy raider. Doesn't look so much like a bot and less risky. But I would assume its like dungeon buddy. Has all profiles Pre loaded ??

Its like lazyraider but without all the extras.

Are you sure it says "Raid Buddy" and not "Raid Bot"? If it's raid bot, then it's just like combat bot, or lazy raider, or Tyrael. It's just a bot base that handles the combat portion of a CC, and nothing more. You handle targeting, movement, and everything else while it handles combat/tanking/healing rotations.
