This custom class was built around the Raid Bot. The rotation is based on elitist jerks and my own experience.
I would like to give credit to Vastico, a lot of the base code is his.
This custom class uses Pillar of Frost, Horn of Winter, Blood Tap and Raise Dead. It does not use trinkets, Empowered Rune Weapon, or Army of the Dead.
I recommend using the following spec for this custom class.

Your stat priority with Hastefrost should be 8% Hit> 26 Expertise> Haste> Mastery.
