RAFing, priest and hunter, best pet for "tanking"??

Hello!

I have started RAFing a priest and a hunter, and so far so good, they kill everything basically, but my priest is doing the tanking with his shield which is quite ineffective.

So, if anyone has more experience on this matter then me, should i use a "tanking" pet and that pet should tank the mobs basically? And my priest and hunter can effectively DPS the mob instead of tanking it?
If so, best pet for tanking? bear or something?
They are level 16 now without any hierlooms.
