okay so i bound my girlfriends account and my main and made a mage we are both 20 and have over 20days left on the link we quest and level together but cant grant levels or get 300% exp we get like 100xp per kill alone its 130xp

I would call Blizzard.
Thats really odd - but for the granting lvls its only from the "main" account.
Is your G/F account a trial account?

Well as far as grant levels go.
You can only grant levels to the recruiter, also you can't grant above your own level

lol both have bc and a month timecard. We are the same exact level, and i sent her the email to link, so i have to bot my character to make it work 2-3 levels.. so it will let me grant her levels?

Correct every two levels the recruited RAF account gains it grants 1 to the recruiting Raf account.
