RAF through dungeons

Hopefully, my setup will be, 2 RAFed accounts and one none RAFed (thinking of having this as the lvl 100 tank)

now i want to level all the way to 90 through RAF and was thinking of having the none RAF be the tank and farming dungeons..

My question are:

Would this be better than having all 5 low levels? (this way one of them will lag behind)
I plan to do all this unsupervised for the most part (only switching the dungeons from time to time)
Is there any way if i use the lvl 100 to have the 4 others follow max range and not engage in combat?

i did raf 3 times leveling packs of 90's, they seemed quite okay without high levels. Hell even had 2 bots level with human players for 24 hours, painful to watch as i'd check up and see dialog "his repair bills are going to be huge" and "is he a robot?" lol, none the less player reports have no effect on expendable 90s
