With HB back up and starting over with new accounts, I'd like to boost as many characters as quickly as possible. Does anybody have any recommendations on how to RAF well, with minimal babysitting? There's a bunch of outdated RAF plugins on the forums that would either do questing or dungeons but it doesn't look like those projects have been updated in awhile. Anybody have any suggestions?

I got a link to a Buddy Store product that needs a +90 character as booster, BUT I don't have any +90 since I just got suspended for 6 months.
So can anyone tell me how to use RAF with Honorbuddy? I am thinking about to level with 2 characters (healer+dps) and I have 2 Honorbuddy keys.

That's what I was doing before the ban wave. 5 RAFed (x2) WOD accounts leveling toons to level 100 in chain then milking them with GarisonBoss.
You can basically grind 2 level 90 on one day with dungeonbuddy (no botting during the night), I did the 90-100 part with Kicks questing to get enough follower to start milking garisons fast enough.
Even if Dungeonbuddy is working 99.99% of the time you should babysit it sometime : You have to change the extension dungeons in dungeonbuddy everytime your toons goes 58 - 68 - 80 - 85, change to a specific dungeon when you 5 toons are not the same level and you can't tag in random dungeons anymore, and grant levels during cata/wotlk dungeons to maximise your toon production.
Before the ban I reached 26 toons level 100 per accounts, 260 toons level 100 for my overall 10 accounts.
Before you are doing this : 5 wods accounts are still an investment even with winter discounts, you should probably wait feedbacks on the new release of the bot during at least 2 weeks before buying them, if tomorrow there is still a banwave you are probably get mad
. 2nd thing : when you loose those accounts (because you are going to get ban one day don't worry) that's a lot of working disappearing, that's also why I won't do this again, I'm going back to my 40 accounts suicide botting with battlechests

IF your are doing this with only 2 accounts I would recommend to stay away from dungeonbuddy
so, what should we do?

I have heard some people managed succesfully to run questing as duo but I really can't confirm this since I never tried and I don't really see how it can be fully afk-able

Sorry to ask.. but what is RAF'ing?
RAF is blizzards recruit a friend program for wow. It allows one wow account to recruit another a new wow account and they gain increased experience when playing together. Many people use them to dungeonbot multiple accounts at once from 0-100 very quickly.

what i do is to build my own dungeon train.
5 linked accounts, with the "main" account i invite 4 others that can grant the main account levels later.
This means with the free boost i need to do 3 trains to 90 to have enough levels to boost another 6 lvl90 chars on the main account.
Then all you need is kicks 90-100. If you like it risky a full account with 10 lvl 90 will costs you eur 40 (RUS key-EU account) and about 3 days for the trains + another 6-8 hours per char for 90-100 ...

Don't be such a sissygirl about public dungeons. I have now botted with a Resto Druid and a Hunter all day long, babysitting the bot while I watched a movie on my second computer. Not a single person yet who blamed me for botting. It was all good. Had to chat a couple of times of course, but that's the whole point in babysitting the bot. I don't care I can't go afk 100%. For every 1 hour I botted I took 15 mins break.
Again it works fine. I am now level 70 so going smooth.

But you also need 10 Honorbuddy keys, right?
