havent done raf in a longggg time and got a quick question, if i were to level someone would either of us have to start a brand new acct? and who would it have to be me or them?

Isn't this question more sort of asked in the official forums of the game, seeing as this has nothing to do with honorbuddy.

But seriously, yes someone has to make a new account hence the "Refer-a-Friend!" And it doesn't matter who has the new account.

You know you can just RaF yourself and not have to worry about some other person being on at the same time as yourself? Personally prefer to multibox RaF accounts as its a hell of a lot quicker and means I get the X-53 mounts.
