Guys,

If im setting up 3 RAF guys to run questing together, do I select Questing as the bot base for each or questing for the first bot the party for the other 2?

I did a brief search and couldnt find the answer, sorry if this has been asked before.

Ok is party questing supported then? If so question stands (just remove any reference to RAF).

Wouldn't that be exactly the same thing?

To level and benifit from RAF you're pretty much limited to grinding (leader grind bot, other 2 party bot) or instances. Dungeonbuddy is probably the safest if you have 5 accounts, but with only 3 it's risky to get reported imo.

There are so many different variables to take into account party questing that you just dont realize until you go to make it possible. I doubt it will be added for a while officially but if soemone has the time they could do it but not easily and not fast.

Thanks for your response. I think I may just multibox them to the 3x xp limit expires (our lazyraider them all) then set them off on different profiles individually.

Thanks everyone

I've done some starter areas 'group' questing, setting them all on the same profile and letting them run. They will share kills and such if they're on the same quest and in range, but to accomplish that you will need to supervise constantly so you can stop 1 bot to let the others catch up (mainly for collecting quests).

If you have access to an 85 on a different account you can use the icecrown profile to go completely afk, but it's grinding so there's always a higher risk of getting reported. What I prefer is just boosting them through instances with an 85. It's mostly manual play (lazyraider), but it's fast. First you get them to lvl 10 or 11 and start running instances (not through LFG, you have to go to the instance and zone in the old way). In some instances you can just leave the lowbies at the door and they will get xp from anywhere in the dungeon (SFK, part of SM, Scholo, ...), but you can also set up the lowbies to run party bot and follow you around (and maybe loot). Dungeonbuddy party mode follower might also work, but never tested that and not sure if it works if you just zone into instances instead of using LFG.

Perfect, thanks mate. I will give it a whirl

I've been boosting a few toons using an 85 and either dungeon buddy follower with a big follow distance or the multibox follower bot base. Just set your 85 party role to tank and it works great. It's quite quick especially when you do the quests for all instances.

Even better with a few instances you can use instance buddy on the 85 with looting off - seems to cause stuck issues on.
