RAF Problem

Hey, about 1-2 weeks ago I upgraded my account from regular 1 account HB to RAF 5 account HB via bosslands email, and I still can't login on more than one character is there something else I need to do?

Just send Bossland an PM here through the forums, I know he sorts this stuff out quite quickly normally.
