RAF problem [Follower is running back and forth all time, without doing anything]

The title says it all =P

It "follows" the leader some what, but not doing it correctly.
The follower runs back and forth and it looks really silly. The follower is not at the right distance to the leader, i've put in 25 atm, and he's like.. 40 yards away and just.. yeah.. running back and forth

I tried the raf on other classes and it works, but mage and warlock doesen't seem to work =(
The leader is a Mage, and the follower is a warlock.

I'll post the log on the "follower"

EDIT: After i restarted the follower, it's working somehow. But he doesen't attack, and he turns 180 degrees when my leader engagedes a combat aka just doing nothing =P

That is impossible for the bot to work with - set your follow distance to 1 and then gradually increase it.
