RaF on two realms

I'm about to buy two accounts, and use RaF.
Can I use the Xp x3 on only one character, or can I level two characters with the RaF feature on realm X, and then level two other char on realm Y ?

You have to level 2 people at the same time in same grp at the same place to get 3x XP

Yes I know, that's what I wanted to do, but then can I use the 3x Xp on an other realm with two other char ? If I still have time
