RAF myself and botlevel a few toons to 80

Alright, so I was thinking to RAF myself and botlevel a few toons to 80, 2 or 3 at a time.

Basically, what do I need to do that ? What is the best approach ?

Here is what my setup will be.

1. I will run all WoW instances on the same machine.
2. HB 3 session.
3. ???

Here is what I would like to know.

1. What do I need to do to make this happen. Where can I find any manuals or tutorials on the subject.
2. What parts of the account info needs to match in order for me to be able to transfer my toons smoothly from my RAF'd accounts to my main account once I am done leveling.

Please help, I am doing this exercise for the first time.
