RAF Leveling - Best way?

I want to level some alts together using RAF. What would you guys suggest doing? Has anyone done it before using HB? If you could give me any tips or suggestions, I would appreciate it!

I'm currently using kicks 1-85 profile but it doesn't work well with RAF at all.
I've also tried using DungeonBuddy but it has problems queuing with party members after the first dungeon (plus some of them seem pretty bottish).

So, lets hear what you guys can suggest!
 
The way I've been doing it requires a bit of personal attention from the user, but it's been working okay so far:
Toon 1: Frost DK with slightly altered Singular (so it doesn't Death Grip, tanks don't like that much :P)
Toon 2: Holy Paladin with Singular

I manually party/queue them up and use LazyRaider. The DK is in front of me while I read/watch Netflix/whatever on my computer, usually without auto-follow turned on but with Singular's in-combat movement turned on so all I have to so is kind of derp along behind the tank. The pally has auto-follow turned on and I left Singular's movement on. No major issues so far (though they've only gone from 58-70 as of right now), and I'm going to try this method with a third toon (hunter) sometime soon. The queues aren't always fast but I hate tanking, even botted tanking. :P

How do you manage your queues? Do you bot it somehow or do you self join/accept?
 
Just doing it manually :( I know it's not the brilliant fully-automated method one would like but it's not bad, all in all.
