RAF Group Leader

Is there any way that you could get HB to let you select who you should follow, I.e. leader is a heal who only heals and you take longer to target mobs or the leader is a tank and you are a heal and you run into middle of mobs when your following tank. If you were healer would be good to pick a ranged dps person if you had one in group.Is this something that might be implemented in future releases?
