RAF followers problem

im currently running 3 paladins at once and sometimes in elwynn forest the leader tries to go thru a fence
if he cant then he jumps, the problem lies in followers though as they dont seem to be jumping over, they just stay there, not even moving
has anyone had problem like this one and knows how it is possible to make these other two jump or try to pass the fence ?
